Refreshed 2025 Chevrolet Tahoe and Suburban Get More Colors in Fresh Digital Showcase

General Motors wrapped 2023 with sales of around 2.6 million vehicles and easily kept its crown as the largest automaker in America compared to Toyota’s 2.24 million deliveries and Ford’s tally of almost two million.
Naturally, GM can’t stop and celebrate too much because it must prepare for the fight ahead if it wants to retain the throne this year. One of its most significant assets comes from Chevrolet, which has refreshed or introduced all-new generations for all of its crossovers and SUVs over the past two years, including the all-new Traverse, all-new Equinox, and the updated 2025 Tahoe and Suburban full-size siblings.

The truck-based models sit at the top of the brand’s crossover and SUV food chain, and for good reason – they’re hulking beasts that can conquer almost any terrain and still carry your entire family with them. Soon, they will become available on the US market with their refreshed exteriors and interiors, a new truck-inspired signature LED lighting setup, and a fresh “best-in-class” 17.1-inch infotainment display arrangement.

Even better, the second-generation 3.0-liter turbodiesel Duramax engine that debuted earlier on the Silverado is also coming to the SUV siblings with 10% more power than the outgoing variant – 305 hp and 495 lb-ft instead of 277 horsepower and 460 lb-ft of torque, currently. For the first time, there’s also a ten-speed automatic transmission on all trims, including the off-road-focused Z71.

However, since these are 2025MY versions, it is going to be a while before we get to see their build & price options on the company’s online portal. Fear not, though, if you want to check out some of the possible color options in advance – the imaginative realm of digital car content creators is always ready to jump to the CGI rescue.

As such, the good folks over at the AutoYa info channel on YouTube have imagined the CGI looks of more colors for the upcoming big SUVs from Chevrolet – both inside and outside, just for good measure. For example, if you do not like the company’s official colors, there are also some additional choices, like white or crimson. Even if you’re not impressed with them, perhaps it’s easier to choose your favorite when checking out the cockpit – while Chevy only showcased white, maroon, and black options, here there are many more.

The 2025 Chevrolet Tahoe and Suburban are coming at an auspicious moment for Chevrolet, as they will act as the flagship SUVs in a range that also comprises the small and cheap $20,400 Trax, the fashionable Trailblazer, the all-new 2025 Equinox and the upcoming Equinox EV, Blazer plus Blazer EV, plus the all-new Traverse. So, which one would you choose, and if you’re intent on buying a refreshed Tahoe or Suburban, would you root for one of these ritzy yet unofficial colors making it into the official configurator?
