One Good Muscle Car Deserves Another | ClassicCars.com Journal

Way back in the day, Dodge jazzed up its B-body Coronet and gave it the name Super Bee as in Super B-body. In 1971, Dodge moved the Super Bee name over to the Charger model for a one-year-only Bee that is not only rare, but darn cool looking, too, especially when the factory build included an extra-cost High Impact color. And power? A 383ci big-block came standard.

Dodge moved the Charger name over to a four-door in 2011, which led to a new muscle-car era for the brand. With that in mind, how cool would it be if you won a classic Charger Super Bee and a new Charger Hellcat? Pretty cool, right?

That’s where Dream Giveaway comes in and we have got to tell you that this is one with this high-performance prize package that will pass everything but a gas station. It starts with a classic 1971 Dodge Charger Super Bee, a fully restored beauty with 95,000 original miles. This High Impact-colored Super Bee boasts a numbers-matching 383 cubic inch V-8 engine, a four-speed manual transmission, a Pistol Grip shifter, an Air Grabber hood, dual exhaust, and attention-grabbing Super Bee decals. With only 766 produced, you probably haven’t seen around in quite some time if you’ve ever seen one at all!

This classic Super Bee includes a binder full of documentation and photos of its restoration. There are even some photos of it dating all the way to the 1980s.

Dream Giveaway transformed this ride into the world’s coolest “Hell Bee” with a retro graphics design that pays homage to its Super Bee heritage and it includes performance upgrades from Holley, Flowmaster, Drake steering wheels and APR Performance. This Hell Bee is so sweet that none other than “Big Daddy” Don Garlits gave it the thumbs up. Maybe Big Daddy will autograph  it for you if you’re the winner!
