Aberdeen police search for runaway pickup truck
ABERDEEN, S.D. (KELO) — Police in Aberdeen are asking for your help in finding a pickup that took off from a Highway Patrol Trooper over the weekend.
Authorities say it happened Saturday morning on 6th Avenue Southeast.
A trooper tried to stop a pickup, but it sped off.
It went through residential yards as it traveled towards Melgaard Road.
Aberdeen Police shared this video of the pickup.
